Cutenews: Changing The Smilies
Step 01.
First of all you need to find/make some smilies.
Step 02.
Using FTP, go to Cutenews » Data » Emotions and delete the default ones, then upload yours there.
Step 03.
Log in to Cutenews and go to Options » System Configurations » General.
Step 04.
Find the section about the Smilies, should be the 4th section down.
Step 05.
Replace the words with the file names (don’t include the file extension (.jpg)) of the smilies you just uploaded to the emotions folder, make sure they’re in the right order. You now have your own smilies!
